Publication and information-access arrangements apply to recorded information held by the CPS, subject to the applicable legal framework and exemptions. Live case material, protected personal information, legal professional privilege and information whose disclosure could prejudice proceedings may require withholding.

Routine case communication and complaints should use their dedicated routes rather than an information-rights request.
