Raise a concern about CPS service or a prosecution decision through the correct route.
A service complaint concerns how the CPS communicated, handled correspondence, treated you or delivered an administrative service. A legal complaint concerns a CPS prosecution decision. A court appeal, complaint about police conduct or request to stop a prosecution is not decided through the ordinary CPS complaints process.
